Products and applications operated by WAKAMONLABS, including Banggu, may process personal information under their own policies. This policy does not replace the separate privacy policy for an individual product or application.

The corporate website currently does not provide account registration, payment, newsletter subscription or a separate contact form. We process only the minimum information required when you voluntarily send an enquiry by email.

We delete or destroy personal information without delay when its retention period has expired or its processing purpose has been achieved. Electronic records are deleted in a way that makes recovery difficult, while paper records are shredded or destroyed.
Where another law requires retention, the relevant information is stored separately for the period required by that law and then destroyed.

게임 진행 정보와 계정 식별자는 이용자가 계정 삭제를 요청할 때까지 보관하고, 요청 후 30일 안에 삭제합니다. 1년 동안 접속하지 않은 손님 계정의 서버 데이터는 삭제될 수 있습니다.
기기 안에 저장된 데이터는 앱을 삭제하면 함께 지워집니다. 결제 기록은 「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」에 따라 5년간, 문의 기록은 답변을 마친 뒤 3년간 보관합니다. 보관 기간이 지난 정보는 복구할 수 없는 방식으로 삭제합니다.

iOS에서는 이용자가 앱 추적 허용을 선택한 경우에만 IDFA를 사용합니다. 허용하지 않아도 광고 보상은 동일하게 받을 수 있으며, 기기 설정의 개인정보 보호 및 보안 → 추적에서 언제든 변경할 수 있습니다.
Android에서는 기기 설정의 개인정보 보호 또는 Google → 광고 메뉴에서 광고 ID를 재설정하거나 맞춤 광고를 해제할 수 있습니다.

이용자는 언제든 자신의 개인정보에 대해 열람, 정정·삭제 또는 처리정지를 요청할 수 있습니다. 게임 설정의 계정 삭제 기능 또는 아래 이메일을 통해 요청하면 법령이 정한 기간 안에 처리합니다.
와카몬랩스는 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 알면서 별도로 수집하지 않습니다. 법정대리인의 동의 없이 수집된 사실을 알게 되면 지체 없이 삭제하며, 법정대리인은 아래 연락처로 열람 또는 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.

WAKAMONLABS processes the personal information of players of the mobile game “Marine Raiser” in accordance with applicable law. This policy applies to the Game on Android, iOS and the web.

The Game does not ask you to enter your name, phone number or email address directly. The following information may be created or processed while you play.

Game progress and account identifiers are kept until you ask us to delete your account, and are deleted within 30 days after the request. Server data for a guest account that has been inactive for one year may be deleted.
Data stored on your device is removed when you uninstall the Game. Purchase records are kept for 5 years under applicable Korean consumer-protection law, and support records are kept for 3 years after we respond. Expired information is deleted using methods that make recovery difficult.

We use the providers below to operate the Game. Depending on their server locations, your information may be transferred internationally.

If you do not want your information transferred abroad, you can stop playing and request account deletion. In that case, use of the Game may be limited.

We do not share your personal information with third parties except as described in Section 3 or where required by law.

On iOS, we use the IDFA only if you allow app tracking. You can receive the same advertising rewards if you do not allow tracking, and can change your choice at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
On Android, you can reset your Advertising ID or turn off personalised ads in your device's Settings → Privacy or Google → Ads menu.

You may ask to access, correct, delete or stop the processing of your personal information at any time. Submit an account-deletion request in the Game settings or email us below. We will respond within the period required by law.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14. If we learn that such information was collected without the consent of a legal guardian, we will delete it without delay. Legal guardians may contact us below to request access or deletion.

Game data saved on the server can only be read and written by the account to which it belongs. All data in transit is encrypted with HTTPS.
